RETURN & REFUND POLICY

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

A brief written description of the problem
Failure to report issues within this window may void eligibility for a return or replacement.
If approved, we will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.
5. Approval-Based Returns (Non-Defective Items)
Because our products are large, high-value, and often shipped via freight, returns for non-defective items are not guaranteed and require written approval.
Approved non-defective returns must meet all of the following conditions:

Item is unused, uninstalled, and unassembled

Item is returned in original packaging, including pallet, crate, and protective materials

No signs of wear, installation, modification, or use

Customer receives a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Shipping, Freight, and Fees

Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival

All approved non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%

Any additional costs incurred due to improper packaging, damage in return transit, or refused freight may be deducted from the refund or billed separately
Returns sent without authorization may be refused or returned to sender.
7. Inspection & Refund Processing
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
